The Classic King Room was spotlessly clean and bright.
We were disappointed to discover no clear notice about the hotel not accepting babies, which left us in a difficult situation upon arrival.

The whole experience was very enjoyable. Enjoyed our 3 nights stay. The staff were really helpful and the location was absolutely perfect! What's more, it was adjacent to other attractions and the Bolton Bench park. The food for breakfast was good and brilliant.
We expected there would be breakfast.

Great English breakfast with a good amount of options available and extremely friendly staff. Beautifully decorated and well-equipped room and very comfy bathroom with a hairdryer, a walk-in shower, and bath sheets.

close to charming cafes and beautiful parks for weekend strolls
during my stay, I discovered how easy it was to visit the New Forest National Park, just a short stroll away, and I loved being only a few steps from good cafes like The Willow Tree Cafe for my morning coffee, making each walk around the area a true pleasure.

The setting is unbeatable and excellent, it's next to local restaurants, shops and pubs, centre of Lyndhurst where there is an abundance of cafes, restaurants and shops and the New Forest and surrounding area. Besides, the hotel is located 2 km away from Foxlease House.
As we remember, there was no breakfast.

I was offered a lovely breakfast with delicious black pudding. Great service, provided by the very amiable and attentive staff. The location was unbeatable, in walking distance to Lyndhurst town centre, convenient to go everywhere. What's more, it was very close to Lyndhurst shops/restaurants and open forest, and New Forest for amazing weekend away.

David and Rosetta were friendly and knowledgeable, helping us plan our days. The breakfast spread was excellent and definitely something to look forward to each morning. Highly recommend trying the smoked Haddock!
We noticed that the lack of clear communication regarding room accessibility may cause inconvenience for some guests.

We stayed in a Classic King Room, super spacious and really bright. The bed was comfortable. It was decorated beautifully and spotlessly clean. Plus, the shower pressure was great even on the top floor! Having access to the big kitchen was a big bonus for making tea and grabbing breakfast whenever we wanted. Seriously, loved the vibe of the room and the whole place!
